Buying a home in a planned community is an important decision. A Home Owner Association (HOA) is designed to protect your investment and provide you an exceptional community to live in.
The monthly HOA fees for Sienna Hills is $88 for owners and $118 for investors. The additional $30 for renters is ensuring that rented properties are professionally managed to provide a positive environment for all owners in the community. There is also a master HOA for the overall Sienna Hills development subdivision that includes the park and surrounding areas that is $4 / month. Lastly there is an obligatory, but paid separately, payment to the master HOA's Internet and phone service provider of approximately $70 / month.
Prior to purchasing your new home, please take the time to read over the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions document. This is generally referred to as the CC&R's.
